Why did I get a letter saying I do not have insurance on my auto loan?

Your finance contract requires you to carry insurance until your loan is paid in full. If you do not have insurance on your auto, you may obtain insurance from your agent.

How can I get a copy of my member statement?

Free– Log onto Internet Banking and you will find your statements available for you to print. Not set up Internet Banking? To set up home banking, call us (316) 867-4700.
For $2.00 per monthly statement, the credit union staff can access your statement and print it.

How can I get a copy of a cleared check from my checking account?

There is a $3.00 fee for each check copy. Please have check number, date of check, amount, and who it was payable to. The credit union staff can obtain a copy for you.

Who do I call if I lose my MasterCard Debit Card?

Call (800) 791-2525 24/7. Be sure to contact the credit union as soon as you can. We also have voicemail you can call after the credit union is closed and we will receive the next business day.

Does the credit union have a drive-up window?

We have a drive-up window at our 21st branch. The drive-up window is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, from 9 AM till noon on Saturdays

Does the credit union have a night deposit box?

There is a night deposit box where you can place your deposits and loan payments after we are closed. It is located before the drive-up window at the 21st branch. The night deposit box is secure and the deposits will occur the next business day.

Does the credit union have a coin counting machine?

Yes, we have a coin counting machine located at our 21st branch. Members can use the coin machine at no cost during normal lobby hours from Monday through Friday.
