How can I get a copy of my member statement?

Log into Internet Banking to view and print your statements at no cost.

If you are not yet enrolled in online banking, call us at (316) 867-4700 for assistance.

Paper statement copies can also be printed by staff for $2.00 per monthly statement.

How can I get a copy of a cleared check from my checking account?

Check copies are available for a $3.00 fee per check.

Why did I get a letter saying I do not have insurance on my auto loan?

Your finance contract requires you to maintain insurance coverage until your loan is paid in full.

If you already have coverage, please send your insurance binder showing Campus Credit Union as lienholder by fax to (866) 266-7898 or upload it at www.wehaveinsurance.com.

Does the credit union have a drive-up window?

Yes. Our 21st branch has a drive-up window open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to noon.

Does the credit union have a night deposit box?

Yes. A secure night deposit box is available at the 21st branch before the drive-up window for after-hours deposits and loan payments.

Deposits made after closing will be processed on the next business day.

Where is Campus Credit Union located?

Campus Credit Union is located in Wichita, Kansas, with its primary branch at 4960 E 21st Street North near Wichita State University.

Does the credit union have a coin counting machine?

Yes. Members may use the coin machine at our 21st branch at no cost during normal lobby hours, Monday through Saturday.
