How do I sign up for Internet Banking?

Before setting up Internet Banking, please contact CCU to have Internet Banking switched on for your account:

  1. Go to our website campuscu.org
  2. Click on the right-hand side of the homepage login to home banking. Or left-hand side Register for Home Banking
  3. Click Forgot Password, Enter your Member ID (Account Number)
  4. The system will generate a temporary password and send it to your selected email address.
  5. Log in with your temporary password and you will be prompted to select a new password and security question.

How do I get Mobile Banking?

  1. Make sure you have access to Internet Banking.
  2. Open your Apple App Store or Google Play on your mobile device. Search for Campus Credit Union and download our app (dark blue icon with initials CCU).
  3. You login credentials will be the same as with internet banking.

How do I get E-Alerts?

  1. Log on to your Internet Banking with Campus Credit Union.
  2. Click the three bars in the left-hand corner of the page
  3. Click ‘Settings’ under user profile
  4. Click ‘Edit Email’
  5. Check the boxes for ‘E-Alerts’
  6. After choosing to enable your email or cell number as a security contact, hit submit.
  7. Click on the three bars in the upper left-hand corner to access the new menu ‘E-Alerts’ under services
  8. Click on ‘New E-Alert’ and complete the drop-down menu options and click submit. Repeat this step to add more E-Alerts.

How do I set up bill pay?

To use CCU’s Bill Pay services, you must also have a Campus Credit Union Checking account and Internet Banking.

  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Click the three bars in the left-hand corner of the page
  3. Click ‘Bill Pay’
  4. Enter your email and choose a challenge question
  5. Read and agree to the terms and conditions
  6. Click Accept & Submit

Once you have access to the system, the system will prompt you to add payees. Once you have added payees you will then be able to use the mobile app to make payments.
