Hour Audio Response System Instructions
When
calling Campus Credit Union on line 978-3121 your phone calls
are answered by our 24-hour audio response system. Many of your
account inquiries and transactions can be handled through this
system.
USING
THE SYSTEM
Step 1: Call 978-3121 and wait for the instructions. If the
audio response is already in use you will receive a busy signal,
please call back.
Step 2: Following the prompt, enter your credit union account number
followed by a [#].
A.
For first time audio response users:
Since
this is your first time using the audio response you will be told
that a P.I.N. (Personal Identification Number) has not been defined
for the account. Your P.I.N. can be any 4-digit number that you
can remember easily.
1. You
will first be asked to enter your social security number for verification
purposes. (If the account is a joint account the primary member's
social security number should be entered.)
2. Next
you will be asked to enter your new 4-digit P.I.N. you have selected.
3. You
will then be asked to re-enter your account number followed by
a [#] and your new 4-digit P.I.N. established above.
B.
For all subsequent calls to the audio response:
1. Enter
your account number followed by [#].
2. Enter
your P.I.N.
